Shiny Disco Pants

One of the biggest trends this autumn has been the disco pant. And if i'm honest its become a slight obsession for me. I am full on in love with them!

They can be worn in the day with Converse, creepers or dolly shoes or teamed with killer heels for a night on the town, simply amazing!

They come in a massiivveee range of colours and so far i've managed to purchase a bright green pair, a red pair and a more sensible black. They are so easy to wear, even though I can see why they might look quite daunting.

Take a look below at how i've styled my disco pants :)

This is me and a couple of my girlfriend's on a Saturday night out. I went for a pair of shiny red disco pants with killer black boots (which aren't pictured) and a black shirt. I teamed a rock chick spikey necklace to add that extra edge and VOILA! An easy peasy way to wear shiny, bright red disco pants.

Back in September me and 5 of my girls went on a random, spur of the moment trip to IBIZAAA!!! As soon as we were booked up the 'what am I going to wear' nightmare began! And once again disco pants saved me hours of searching for a suitable, quirky outfit. I wore them with a pair of Converse, a black mesh leotard, pinned my hair back and danced the night away in Amnesia.

The next pair on my shopping list are these FAB, in your face, GOLD ones that will rival Kylie's infamous hotpants. SIMPLY IN LOVE!

You can get these from the amaze Misguided (see the link below). They're a bargain at £25.99 and you students can even save 10% with an NUS card, happy days!

HELLO!

This is my first post on my new blog and i'm SO excited to get started and share some of my favourite things in life with you all; shopping, fashion and writing.

As a journalism student I love writing! I know it sounds obvious but it really is something I enjoy. However as i've just started my third year at uni all the writing i'm doing is for assignments, boring! So I decided that through blogging I can once again write about the things that I enjoy, fashion and shopping!

This blog will be a fun, laid-back approach towards fashion and writing for everyone to enjoy over a glass of wine or a cuppa.

So take a look at my posts and I hope you also love the kind of fashion I do.

Feel free to get in touch about anything :)

Peace out, Alice Mae x
